Founded in 1978 by Brendan Kearney, the firm quickly made its name as one of the most innovative, and successful criminal litigation firms in the area. While initially, the firm focussed on advanced criminal litigation, it later became specialised in personal injury claims, particularly Road Traffic Accidents and Medical/Clinical Negligence.
