Emmett undertook the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Manchester before working as a solicitor at a leading Legal 500 firm specialising in Serious and Catastrophic injuries for 11 years.
Emmett returned to Ireland in 2018 and in that time has dealt with a range of medical negligence actions including misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis and surgical errors.
Emmett joined Brendan Kearney & Company in June 2025 and emphasises a “client first” focus. Emmett enjoys building a strong rapport with clients to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. He is available to advise on any query that arises regarding the standard of care provided in a healthcare setting.
